Commerce Disclosure

Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions 

Sales Price

  • Product prices are displayed on each product page at the time of order.

  • The final purchase price is confirmed at checkout.

  • Prices may be revised without prior notice. Only the price confirmed at checkout shall apply to the order.

Additional Charges

  • Shipping fees, handling fees, and applicable taxes (including consumption tax, VAT, customs duties, or import charges) shall be borne by the Customer.

  • Such costs are displayed at checkout or may be charged separately by customs or carriers upon delivery.

  • The Company is not responsible for any customs duties, import restrictions, or local charges imposed at the destination.

Payment Methods

  • Online Orders (via Website): Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.).

  • Private Orders (via Email or Telephone): Bank Transfer only. Orders will be considered valid only upon receipt of the Customer’s bank transfer confirmation slip (payslip) by email, and subsequent verification by the Company.

  • No other payment methods are accepted.

  • The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transfer details and for bearing all bank charges, transfer fees, and related costs.

  • The Company is not responsible for unverified, incomplete, or failed transfers.

Payment Timing

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

  • Orders will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed by the Company.

  • If payment (including bank transfer proof) is not confirmed within 7 calendar  days of order, the order will be automatically cancelled without liability.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized chargebacks, or payment disputes.

Delivery Timing

  • Products are generally shipped within 7 business days following payment confirmation.

  • The actual delivery period shall depend on the operations of Japan Post, international postal services, and courier companies.

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal circumstances, natural disasters, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.

  • The Company’s responsibility ends once products are handed over to Japan Post or the designated courier.

  • The Company shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs arising from such circumstances.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Due to the consumable nature of tea, returns are not accepted once packages have been opened, except where required under applicable law.

  • Claims regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be made in writing within seven 7 calendar daysof receipt, together with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).

  • Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and limited strictly to the product purchase price.

  • Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and related expenses are non-refundable.

  • No cancellations will be accepted after order confirmation, except as required by applicable law.

  • The Company reserves the right to decline claims that are unsubstantiated, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these policies.

Sales Restrictions

  • Products are available only to Customers of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence, or with guardian consent.

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring that tea imports are permitted under the laws of their country.

  • The Company bears no obligation to research or guarantee import eligibility in the Customer’s jurisdiction.

  • The Company is not responsible for products delayed, seized, or confiscated by customs or carriers.

Governing Law

All transactions conducted through the Services shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
