Other Regions: Calculated at checkout - will be canceled if delivery is unavailable

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are not included in the above rates. These must be paid by the Customer.

The Company reserves the right to revise shipping fees, suspend shipping to certain regions, or cancel orders if delivery is restricted or impossible.
Delivery Method

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of tea, returns or exchanges are not accepted once opened, except where required by law.

Returns of unopened items are only accepted with prior approval.
Defective or Wrong Items

Claims must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt with proof (e.g., photos).

If approved, refunds/replacements are limited strictly to the product purchase price.

Shipping fees, duties, and related charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
