Black Tea

Second - smoother and more rounded

Third - soft with a gentle finish

Oolong Tea

Smooth, layered, and slightly floral

First - light and floral

Second - fuller and more rounded

Third - deeper with a lasting taste

White Tea

250ml water at 85 - 90°C

2 - 3 minutes

2 - 3 infusions

Each infusion reveals:

First - light and fresh

Second - softer and slightly sweet

Third - smooth and calming
